Practices Inventory (LPI)
This page is for leaders (and their
colleagues) who are in the process of completing an on-line
leadership course. This leadership course consists of a
leader completing a self-assessment of their leadership
practices and having at least five other people complete the
same survey about their leadership behaviors. Upon
completion of the surveys, a 15 page report is generated
that compares this leader to more than 40,000 other leaders
who have completed the same surveys. A manual is provided
for each leader to analyze his/her report with guidelines to
build a measurable action plan to improve his/her leadership
skills and behaviors. A leader with over 30 years of
leadership experience will be assigned to assist and coach
participants in this leadership development experience.
