We need your help to build partnerships for teacher
excellence.
“Between 30 and 50 percent of well-qualified beginning teachers are currently leaving the profession within the first five years, and surveys indicate that nearly half of today’s teachers will become eligible for retirement in the next ten years.”
–Department of Education and NEA reports, 2003
